This October, we invite you to join us for Night of Light for Every Fight - an evening of remembrance, hope, and unity dedicated to everyone touched by cancer. Whether you're a survivor, currently fighting, supporting a loved one, or providing care on the front lines - this night is for you.
Held on the grounds of Beatrice Community Hospital, this event will feature a special walk of light around the hospital, where attendees can purchase lanterns in honor of memory of someone impacted by cancer. Colored flashlights will be available to represent different cancer types, lighting the path with meaning and purpose.
Alongside the walk, enjoy:
- Powerful personal stories shared by a survivor, a supporter, and a provider
- Informational booths from BCH, NHO, and other local partners focused cancer awareness, screenings, and prevention
- Vendors and food trucks to shop, snack, and support local businesses
- A live DJ, plus sidewalk chalk and fun activities for kids
This evening is about coming together as a community - to shine a light for every fight and every fighter.
